Built inside a real society, for real societies
Sameeti is a society management platform made by TWS Technology in Kota, Rajasthan. It brings residents, security, billing and accounts into one place — so committees spend less time chasing registers and more time running the community.
How Sameeti started
Sameeti began in our own neighbourhood. Visitor entries were written in paper registers, maintenance was tracked in spreadsheets, and every notice got lost in a busy WhatsApp group. Committee members — who are volunteers with day jobs — were spending evenings reconciling payments and answering the same questions again and again.
So we built the tool we wanted for ourselves, and started using it at Subh Sanskaar Sameeti, Kota. Every feature you see — gate passes, visitor approvals on the phone, maintenance billing, complaints — was shaped by what actually happens at a society gate and in a committee meeting.
What we believe
- Simple enough for everyone. A guard at the gate, a senior resident and a treasurer should all be able to use it without training manuals.
- Your data belongs to your society. You can export it anytime, and we never sell personal data.
- Honest, per-flat pricing. Clear monthly plans per flat, with GST shown separately.
- Built in India, for Indian societies. GST, TDS, Tally export, Indian phone numbers, WhatsApp and SMS — the way societies here actually work.
